A claim pack is the thing a person actually files: the entry lines, the relief path and reason code, the order version it relies on, the supporting documents, and a cover memo in the language your broker works in.
Evidence, gathered once
Invoices, bills of lading, mill certificates and origin declarations are pulled from what you already have. What's missing goes into one checklist, so you're asked once, not every week.
The approval names the consequence: this sends 37 lines through Maple Customs Brokerage.
A named approval
Tariva drafts the pack. Nothing leaves until a named person approves that exact version, and the receipt keeps it.
After filing
If what the broker filed differs from the pack, the difference becomes the next claim. Each claim is tracked through the CBSA's response until the refund is paid and matched.
